1.Owner of the land: Colonel Dennis Mwanga
2.Hectarage:250 hectares on a clean Title Deed(250公顷,地契等手续齐全)
3.Location: on the Mumbwa/Kasempa Road; bordering the Mumbwa open Air Prison Farm. this is 30km from the Mumbwa Township.
4.Vegetation: Mainly Savannah Woodland. it is all virgin land, uncleared, with open boundaries.土地未曾开垦过.
5.Possible production activities
Livestock production(饲养家禽)/Crop production(种植庄稼)/Game ranching(狩猎牧场)/Bee-keeping(养蜂)/Timber production and processing(木材加工)
6.Areas of possible project cooperation
Either a joint venture in any of the activities under (5) above. I provide the land and the partner provides capital and technical expertise under terms to be discusses and mutually agreed.
